Machine tools are usually used for precise metal cutting for metal parts processing. They are widely used in industries such as automobiles, aerospace, national defence, machinery, moulds, electronics, generators and more. Delta provides a high-performance general-purpose CNC controller conforming to the international standard ISO G Code, and it integrates with a customizable human machine interface (HMI) for easy operation. The CNC controller comes with Delta’s AC Servo Drive ASDA-A3 Series, PMSMs (Permanent-Magnet Synchronous Motor), and AC motor drives to achieve quick data transmission via DMCNET, precise control of the motor’s constant speed and torque, and precise positioning of the machine tool.
